Shipping & Returns


Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order, however in some circumstances there can be a delay up to 3-4 days. will notify you of the ship date and tracking number upon completion of your order. Most items will ship UPS and will require a signature upon delivery. Time in transit depends on what level of shipping you choose on check out and distance from shipping location. Usual ground shipping times are one to five business days in the continental United States.


Delivery changes depend on the weight, value, and number of items ordered. When ordering, you are able to choose from different levels of priority. The delivery charge is displayed in your shopping cart as soon as you add your first item and is updated after after each alteration. All orders require a signature for delivery.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your items upon arrival. All orders are shipped in perfect condition, but from time to time items are damaged in shipment. To receive a credit for damaged items you must notify within two days of receipt of your order.

Back Orders

Any item not in stock will be back ordered. If this is the case, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order.


Most items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order. All items must be in unused original condition. Shipping cost to and from the original destination will not be refundable. To receive a refund on returned items you must follow the following return procedures.

Step 1: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product. If you return product(s) back without and RMA it may result in rejection or a delay in processing.

To obtain an RMA please Call 1-559-637-9898 or email requesting an RMA and stating a reason for the return. Your RMA will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Step2: Returning your Product

You must ensure you have included everything the product came with including all manuals, cords, and software. If returned items are incomplete we will not be able to process them and they will be rejected. Package the product securely using the original packaging. Return the item to:

We recommend you return your product using a traceable insured service. Please retain the receipt for the shipment which may be required should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
